Taxonomy
Ceratites angularis was named by Waagen (1895). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Koofri, Upper Ceratite Limestone, Salt Range, which is in a Smithian carbonate limestone in the Upper Ceratite Limestone Formation of Pakistan.
