Hormathospongia dictyota
Taxonomy
Hormathospongia dictyota was named by Rigby et al. (1996). It is not extant. Its type locality is Sand Creek, which is in a Santonian offshore mudstone in the Forbes Formation of California. It is the type species of Hormathospongia.
