Stacheoceras rothi
Taxonomy
Stacheoceras rothi was named by Miller and Furnish (1940). Its type specimen is YPM 16817 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is R.E. King 223, Old Word Ranch, Glass Mountains, which is in a Kungurian carbonate limestone in the Hess Formation of Texas.
It was recombined as Waagenina rothi by Bogoslovskaya (1990).
