Taxonomy
Knightoceras kempae was named by Miller and Youngquist (1949). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is England Schoolhouse, 1.5 miles N, Baylor County, which is in an Artinskian marine horizon in the Clyde Formation of Texas.
