Taxonomy
Ecclimadictyon anticostiense was named by Nestor et al. (2010). It is not extant. Its type locality is A363 Velleda Creek, Anticosti Island, which is in a Hirnantian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Ellis Bay Formation of Canada.
