Dolichochampsa minima
Taxonomy
Dolichochampsa minima was named by Gasparini and Buffetaut (1980). Its type specimen is MLP 73-II-28-16, a mandible (Left dentary), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Quebrada La Escalera, Rio Tonco, which is in a Maastrichtian marine sandstone in the Yacoraite Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Dolichochampsa.
