Eichstaettisaurus gouldi
Taxonomy
Eichstaettisaurus gouldi was named by Evans et al. (2004). It is not extant. Its type specimen is MPN 19457, a partial skeleton (A partial skeleton preserved in ventral view). Its type locality is La Cavere, Pietraroja, which is in an Albian basinal (carbonate) mudstone/wackestone in Italy.
