Mongolochonetes inaequalis
Taxonomy
Mongolochonetes inaequalis was named by Afanasjeva (1991). Its type specimen is PIN 3385/510 and is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Khuryin-Chibe-Khuduk Well, Bed 12, Northern Tsagan-Ula Mountains, which is in a Kungurian marine siliciclastic in the Tsagan-Ula Formation of Mongolia.
