Syringothyris afghanica
Taxonomy
Syringothyris afghanica was named by Plodowski (1968). Its type specimen is SMF 25000 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Chuschk-Kol-Tal, upper Visean, Dasht-e-Nawar, which is in an Arundian/Chadian marine horizon in Afghanistan.
