Lawrenciella schaefferi
Taxonomy
Lawrenciella schaefferi was named by Poplin (1984). Its type specimen is KUVP 21942, a skull (endocranial material), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Douglas County near Lawrence, which is in a Kasimovian estuary/bay shale in the Lawrence Formation of Kansas.
