Dyscritellopsis montelloensis
Taxonomy
Dyscritellopsis montelloensis was named by Schäfer et al. (2003). Its type specimen is 38b-21 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Death Creek Valley, Nevada, which is in a Smithian/Spathian open shallow subtidal limestone in the Thaynes Limestone Formation of Nevada.
