Taxonomy
Zardinia cylindrica was named by Senowbari-Daryan and Schäfer (1983). It is not extant. Its type locality is Hydra, reef limestone facies, which is in a Tuvalian reef, buildup or bioherm reef rocks in the Pantokrator limestone Formation of Greece.
