Igua minuta
Taxonomy
Igua minuta was named by Borsuk-Bialynicka and Alifanov (1991). Its type specimen is ZPAL MgR-I/60, a partial skull (a damaged skull with associate mandibles, possibly juvenile), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Khulsan (general) [PMPE], which is in a Campanian/Campanian eolian sandstone/sandstone in the Baruungoyot Formation of Mongolia. It is the type species of Igua.
