Claytonia rayi
Taxonomy
Claytonia rayi was named by Finks et al. (2011). It is not extant. Its type locality is USGS 21849 Dudley, which is in a Bartonian shallow subtidal marl in the Castle Hayne Formation of North Carolina. It is the type species of Claytonia.
