Taxonomy
Paleocraticularia elongata was named by Rigby et al. (2001). It is not extant. Its type locality is Kowala road-cut, Holy Cross Mountains, which is in a Frasnian slope limestone in the Manticoceras Limestone Formation of Poland. It is the type species of Paleocraticularia.
