Meketichoffatia krausei
Taxonomy
Meketichoffatia krausei was named by Hahn (1993). Its type specimen is V. J. 110-155, a skull (skull with right c-p5 and left p2-m1), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Guimarota, which is in a Kimmeridgian lagoonal coal in the Alcobaça Formation of Portugal. It is the type species of Meketichoffatia.
