Dorsetodon haysomi

Taxonomy
Dorsetodon haysomi was named by Ensom and Sigogneau-Russell (1998). Its type specimen is DORCM GS 433, a tooth (right lower molar), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sunnydown Farm Quarry (clay: upper horizon; equivalent to DB 102/103 ), which is in a Berriasian/Berriasian lacustrine - small limestone/claystone in the Lulworth Formation of the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Dorsetodon.
