Thoracosaurus borissiaki
Taxonomy
Thoracosaurus borissiaki was named by Efimov (1988). Its type specimen is TsNIGRI 3373/709, a partial skull (Well preserved partial skull), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Inkerman, Crimea, which is in a Maastrichtian marine horizon in Ukraine.
It was synonymized subjectively with Thoracosaurus macrorhynchus by Puértolas-Pascual et al. (2016).
