Michin csernai
Taxonomy
Michin csernai was named by Alvarado-Ortega et al. (2008). Its type specimen is IGM 9028, a skeleton (complete specimen with disarticulated caudal skeleton), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Tlayúa Quarry (IGM, general), which is in an Albian/Albian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal lime mudstone in the Tlayúa Formation of Mexico.
