Helochelys danubina

Taxonomy
Helochelys danubina was named by von Meyer (1854). Its type specimen is BSPG lost specimen, a partial skeleton (partial shell and a limb bone), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Neukelheim Grünsandstein, which is in a Cenomanian marine sandstone in the Grünsandstein Formation of Germany.
