Yvesgalleticeras montpelierense
Taxonomy
Preflorianites montpelierensis was named by Kummel (1969). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Montpelier Canyon, upper shale member, which is in a Spathian offshore shale in the Thaynes Formation of Idaho.
It was recombined as Yvesgalleticeras montpelierense by Guex et al. (2010), Jenks et al. (2013).
