Taxonomy
Atomodesma paichoica was named by Guskov and Muromtseva (1984). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Nonza River, Pai-Khoy Range, which is in a Kungurian marine siliciclastic in the Tabyo Formation of the Russian Federation.
It was recombined as Atomodesma (Evenia) paichoicum by Astafieva (1993).
