Taxonomy
Arkacrinus constrictus was named by Moore and Strimple (1973). It is not extant. Its type specimen is SUI 33182 (dorsal cup). Its type locality is Flat Rock Creek (Loc. 10), which is in a Morrowan marine limestone/shale in the Bloyd Formation of Oklahoma.
