Taxonomy
Macrochilina (Sphaerodoma) verisimilis was named by Reed (1944). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Banschang, E of Chhidru, upper hill, mixture of beds 1 and 2, Salt Range, which is in a Wuchiapingian marine horizon in the Chhidru Formation of Pakistan.
