Taxonomy
Nautilus (Coloceras) immanis was named by Reed (1931). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is K 24.582, above inhabited dhok at Kumaranwali, Jarhanwala nala, which is in a Wuchiapingian marine horizon in Pakistan.
It was recombined as Stearoceras immane by Reed (1944).
