Taxonomy
Chalaroschwagerina tumentis was named by Skinner and Wilde (1965). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is C-46, High Mountain, Klamath Mountains, which is in an Artinskian carbonate limestone in the McCloud Formation of California.
