Paracravenoceras barnettense

Taxonomy
Nuculoceras barnettense was named by Plummer and Scott (1937). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is B.E.G. 205-T-24 upper, abandoned lime kiln SE of San Saba, which is in a Serpukhovian marine limestone in the Barnett Formation of Texas.

It was recombined as Syngastrioceras barnettense by Ruzhentsev and Bogoslovskaya (1971); it was recombined as Paracravenoceras barnettense by Gordon (1960), Korn and Titus (2015).
