Neoicoceras elkhornense

Taxonomy
Goniatites elkhornensis was named by Miller and Gurley (1896). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Elkhorn Creek, which is in a Bashkirian marine siliciclastic in Kentucky.

It was recombined as Neoicoceras elkhornense by Hyatt (1900), Plummer and Scott (1937), Nassichuk (1975).
