Trochilioceras tenuosum
Taxonomy
Trochilioceras tenuosum was named by Plummer and Scott (1937). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is B.E.G. 119-T-32 (Q-7), northeast of Cundiff, which is in a Kasimovian marine shale in the Caddo Creek Formation of Texas. It is the type species of Trochilioceras.
