Taxonomy
Burmirhynchia cuneata was named by Jin et al. (1979). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Beladin, S1448, which is in a Bajocian/Callovian shallow subtidal limestone in the Dhruma Formation of Saudi Arabia.
