Akromystax tilmachiton
Taxonomy
Akromystax tilmachiton was named by Poyato-Ariza and Wenz (2005). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is MNHN HAK 318, a partial skeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Haqil (MNHN collection), which is in a Cenomanian carbonate carbonate in Lebanon. It is the type species of Akromystax.
