Taxonomy
Kusinia falcifera was named by Korn et al. (2010). It is not extant. Its type locality is S Oued Temertasset, MOU-Y, which is in a Tournaisian marine claystone/limestone in the Argiles de Teguentour Formation of Algeria. It is the type species of Kusinia.
