Beloceras sagittarium
Taxonomy
Goniatites sagittarius was named by Sandberger and Sandberger (1851). It is not extant. It is the type species of Beloceras.
It was synonymized subjectively with Beloceras tenuistriatum by Korn and Klug (2002); it was recombined as Beloceras sagittarium by Glenister (1958), Bogoslovsky (1969), Korn et al. (2011).
