Cancellaria (Charcolleria) perdiciana was named by Olsson (1942) [DISTRIBUTION: Miocene; Colombia.]. It is not a trace fossil.

It was recombined as Charcolleria perdiciana by Landau and Marques da Silva (2010); it was recombined as Massyla perdiciana by Landau et al. (2012).
