Taxonomy
Arctosirenites columbianus was named by Tozer (1994). Its type specimen is GSC 14313 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Stream bed Near Mile Post 428. Alaska Highway (GSC 42306), which is in a Tuvalian marine horizon in the Pardonet Formation of Canada.
