Taxonomy
Alloclionites jeanneti was named by Tozer (1994). Its type specimen is GSC 28701 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is GSC 74776, Mount Wright, which is in an Alaunian marine siliciclastic in the Pardonet Formation of Canada.
