Taxonomy
Indojuvavites brunneus was named by Tozer (1994). Its type specimen is GSC 32189 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is GSC 9845, Brown Hill, which is in an Alaunian marine siliciclastic in the Pardonet Formation of Canada.
