Taxonomy
Parajuvavites canadensis was named by Tozer (1994). Its type specimen is GSC 32266 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is GSC 82454, Halfway River, which is in an Alaunian marine siliciclastic in the Pardonet Formation of Canada.
