Taxonomy
Epijuvavites levis was named by Krystyn (1982). Its type specimen is GBA 1979/05/65/1 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Jomsom A, bed 103/104, which is in a Lacian coastal sandstone/marl in the Tarap Formation of Nepal. It is the type species of Epijuvavites.
