Taxonomy
Pseudoharpoceras spiniger was named by Waagen (1895). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Paniala Black Hill, Sheik-Budin area, which is in a Spathian carbonate limestone in Pakistan. It is the type species of Pseudoharpoceras.
