Diplocynodon tormis
Taxonomy
Diplocynodon tormis was named by Buscalioni et al. (1992). Its type specimen is IPS 9001, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Duero basin, which is in a Bartonian terrestrial horizon in the Areniscas de Cabrerizos Formation of Spain.
