Parvicidaris microapicalis
Taxonomy
Parvicidaris microapicalis was named by Smith (1994). Its type specimen is USNM 465266 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Vinchuscancha, which is in a Norian open shallow subtidal limestone in the Chambara Formation of Peru. It is the type species of Parvicidaris.
