Gemmellaroceras pseudocarinatum
Taxonomy
Pelingoceras pseudocarinatum was named by Venturi et al. (2005). Its type specimen is USP Fu1Pe01 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Fu1, Furlo Pass (Grilli Quarry), which is in a Jamesoni slope floatstone in Italy.
It was recombined as Gemmellaroceras pseudocarinatum by Howarth (2013).
