Globidentosuchus brachyrostris
Taxonomy
Globidentosuchus brachyrostris was named by Scheyer et al. (2013). Its type specimen is AMU-CURS-222, a skull (Almost complete skull with mandibles), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cerro Jose la Paz site, El Picache, which is in a Miocene terrestrial sandstone in the Urumaco Formation of Venezuela.
