Taxonomy
Promathildia conoidea was named by Grundel (1997). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bore Kleby 1/37, depth 355,0-357,0 m, Western Pomerania, which is in a Bajocian offshore siliciclastic in Poland.

It was recombined as Jurilda conoidea by Gründel and Nützel (2013).
