Taxonomy
Carinathilda carinata was named by Grundel (1997). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bore Kleby 1/37, depth 264,5-265,25 m, Western Pomerania, which is in a Bathonian offshore siliciclastic in Poland. It is the type species of Carinathilda.
