Arasella minuta
Taxonomy
Sinoceltites minutus was named by Zakharov (1983). Its type specimen is BPI 4/813 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Akhura, Bed 12, which is in a Changhsingian offshore limestone in the Akhura Formation of Azerbaijan. It is the type species of Arasella.
It was recombined as Tapashanites minutus by Leonova (2002); it was recombined as Arasella minuta by Korn (2014), Korn and Ghaderi (2016), Korn and Hairapetian (2021).
