Taxonomy
Anthaspidella lamellata was named by Bingli et al. (1997). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Xintan, Honghuayuan Formation, which is in a Tremadoc reef, buildup or bioherm reef rocks in the Honghuayuan Formation of China.
