Preperonidella beipeiensis
Taxonomy
Peronidella beipeiensis was named by Rigby et al. (1989). Its type specimen is IG 4049 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Laolongdong Unit 20 (Section 1), Beipei, which is in a Changhsingian reef, buildup or bioherm bafflestone/wackestone in the Changxing Formation of China.
It was recombined as Preperonidella beipeiensis by Senowbari-Daryan et al. (2007).
