Taxonomy
Cassidulus rojasi was named by Sanchez-Roig (1953). Its type specimen is Sanchez Roig Tipo No. 755, a test, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Finca "La Fortuna", Marroquin, which is in an Oligocene carbonate carbonate in Cuba.
